I recommend the Itaewon Wellness Center, Tel. 02-794-3536, Hannam Building, 3rd Floor, Yongsan-gu, Seoul (Itaewon Subway Exit #2, walk up the street to the Hannam Building - also International Health Clinic)
My local sponsor in South Korea, AN DAE GI at Gangneung Bike Mart, Gangwon-do, Korea helped me refinish the 2008 Blackcat MTB I have been riding for the last 15000km+. Thank you sponsor & friend! (:
I've been recently training for another 360km Korea Randonneur Brevet (March 31-April 1, 24 hour Endurance event, more information about the entire 2012 Korea Randonneur Brevet Series is available here.) We have a team of 3 so far (Wonju-Gwangju Team) and will welcome 2 more riders (open seats!) email!
My friend Chris has been really helpful this winter. Everyone needs some motivation from their friends, this is definitely one of them that supports my riding and training in South Korea. Thank you brother!  (:
Cycling in Korea: It's an adventure. Try it today!
Pipe Dreams or Realities. Both. Training for a 32,000km expedition of the Americas.
Matthew and I found a Coffee Cupper with fantastic murals, great Cafe Latte, & wood stove burning coffee hulls (shells). Occasionally, a great coffee or espresso shot in the water bottle helps the ride.
Up in the Himalayas this past summer on the HimalayasX2011 expedition of western China (:
We bought two sleds this winter, here's an area of Gangwon-do near Gangneung on Hwy 415
Lijiang certainly is one of "THE" places to visit while touring in western China
Yes, I have proof now that I have cycled there.
Dreams are great, but building expeditions that take flight is much, much better.
I think I have a mantra for every day of the week (sometimes we need them in this world). Explore!
That's a wrap. Cycling is cool. If you want to join us in Korea, look for "Korea Easy Riders Cycling Club" on Facebook. The only rule is: No Attitudes here, Just Rides and Relax. (: Peace from Gangneung!
